**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

The specialist will develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies to drive measurable results and improve ROI. This is a full-time, 1-year contract position with the potential for annual renewal based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine strategy.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creative performance.
- Report regularly on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Efficiently manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and trends in paid advertising and digital marketing platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ad alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in PPC (Google Ads) and Social Media Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proficiency in both **technical campaign management** and **strategic planning** for paid media.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Blueprint), or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Graphic design and copywriting skills.
- Experience working with international clients or in diverse industries.
