Key Responsibilities:
Research advertising trends across social media sites and digital ad platforms, research competitors' pricing and products and marketing campaigns, decide on appropriate placement of ads, determine what content will reach customers, develop projects to create content, publish digital marketing content online across social media platforms and ad platforms, implement email marketing campaigns in coordination with CEO, measure, analyze, and extract business insights from digital traffic, monitor social media and Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools, report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders, scale campaigns to maximize ROI, monitor project status and budget, conduct market research to inform campaigns, brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the service or automotive industry, strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices, excellent content creation skills, including graphics design and compelling copywriting, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools, basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles, creativity and ability to think outside the box to create standout campaigns, excellent time management skills and ability to work independently, passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about auto care services.
