Location: Hybrid (Avenida Calle 26 #92-32, Bogotá, Colombia).

Skills: 1+ year of experience in customer service, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities and more:

• Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for the accounts assigned to your charge (from updates to payroll payments, tax filings, and third-party payments on established dates), depending on the scope of each client.
• Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports, both those required by local legislation (depending on the country) and those agreed upon with the client globally.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements agreed upon with the client.
• Attend meetings to improve processes with the team and assigned clients.
• Address queries from both accounting teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Mediate in the billing processes and manage the cash flow of the payroll process with the Treasury Department.
• Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms.
• Generate reports for the company's internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with established internal operation protocols.
• Identify corrective and preventive measures and non-conforming services.
