PROPOSITO DEL ROL
Lidera el desarrollo estratégico de las actividades de marketing y promoción de Oncología dentro del segmento de clientes, con el objetivo principal de garantizar que todos los colegas de cara al cliente ejecuten las mejores estrategias para beneficiar al paciente e impulsar el crecimiento. Coordinar las estrategias y tácticas de marca y cartera con otras funciones para impulsar las actividades de los clientes de cartera cruzada.
DESAFIOS DE LA POSICIÓN
• Responsable de asegurar la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad del portafolio a cargo a través de la implementación exitosa del pipeline de Oncología.
• Cumplimiento de pronóstico de ventas y estrategias del portafolio de Oncología.
• Definición de oportunidades de negocio a largo plazo y estrategias para la cartera asignada con el fin de fortalecer la posición competitiva de Takeda Oncology.
• Diseñar e implementar campañas de marketing digital para marcas de Oncología.
• Acompañar al equipo de campo en la implementación de la estrategia de marca oncológica.
• Análisis de la situación del mercado y ejecución de la estrategia de precios para la introducción de nuevas marcas.
• Ejecución del plan de formación para el equipo comercial, de acceso y ventas.
• Desarrollo de la estrategia centrada en las partes interesadas: pagadores, proveedores de salud, enfermeras, farmacéuticos.
• Diseño de materiales promocionales para equipos multidisciplinares.
• Garantizar la precisión del pronóstico y la cadena de suministro de acuerdo con la demanda.
• Responsable del presupuesto y ejecución de la promoción.
• Comunicación con el equipo global y regional con el fin de alinear las recomendaciones al mercado local.
• Experiencia avanzada en el desarrollo de negocios líderes.
• Comprender el mercado de la oncología y el recorrido del paciente.
• Experiencia en la realización de presentaciones efectivas a las partes interesadas internas y externas.
• Participar proactivamente en todas las actividades definidas de acuerdo al cargo y función, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, buscando el cuidado de la seguridad y salud, logrando así el cumplimiento de lo definido en la política de la Compañía en esta materia.
A QUIÉN BUSCAMOS
Experiencia y educación
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Medicina o afines.
• Deseable título de maestría.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en puestos relacionados con el marketing en el sector farmacéutico que se ocupan de terapias de alto costo.
• Experiencia deseable en oncología
• Comprensión del sistema de salud colombiano.
• Inglés fluido (C1, escribir y hablar).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leads the strategic development of the Oncology marketing and promotional activities within the customer segment, with the main objective of ensuring that the best strategies are executed by all customer facing colleagues to benefit the patient and drive growth. Coordinate brand and portfolio strategies and tactics with other functions in order to drive cross-portfolio customer activities.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• Responsible for ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the portfolio in charge through the successful implementation of Oncology pipeline.
• Accomplishment of sales forecast and strategies of Oncology portfolio.
• Definition of long-term business opportunities and strategies for assigned portfolio in order to strengthen the competitive position of Takeda Oncology.
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns for Oncology brands.
• Accompany the field team in the implementation of the oncology brand strategy.
• Market situation analysis and pricing strategy execution for new brands introduction.
• Training plan execution for commercial, Access and sales team.
• Development of strategy focus on stakeholders: Payers, health providers, nurses, pharmacists.
• Design of promotional materials for multidisciplinary teams.
• Guarantee the forecast accuracy and supply chain according to the demand.
• Responsible for promotional budget and execution.
• Communication with the global and regional team in order to align the recommendations to the local market.
• Proactively participating in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System, seeking health and safety care, thus achieving compliance with the defined in the Company's policy in this matter.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Education
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Medical or related.
• Master's degree desirable,
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing related positions in the pharmaceutical sector dealing with high-cost therapies.
• Desirable Experience in Oncology.
• Understanding of Colombian health care system.
• Budgeting and Finance knowledge.
• Fluent English (C1, writing and speaking).

• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
• Knows technical and clinical aspects of disease state and competitors' products
• High cost treatments and institutional channel in the oncology area
