- Ejecutar estudios de estrategia de servicio, comprobaciones de procesos y elaboración de informes consultando a los clientes sobre cuestiones químicas, técnicas y de aplicación.
- Realización de pruebas de campo, elaboración de informes y formación
- Establecer, verificar y documentar los planes de higiene y sus parámetros mediante visitas periódicas a los clientes.
- Asistencia en todas las necesidades del cliente
- Instalar y reparar equipos en la planta del cliente
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de mantenimiento de los equipos establecidos por el cliente
- Apoyar la introducción de nuevos programas y conceptos de servicio a los clientes
- El candidato debe residir en: Medellín - Colombia
- Requisitos Mínimos:
- Experiencia trabajando en un rol de servicio técnico
- Licencia de conducción vigente
- Conocimientos y/o aptitudes en electricidad y sistemas mecánicos
- Título técnico en mecánica, electricidad, electromecánica o campo relacionado, o estudiante universitario de ingeniería
- 5 años de experiencia en funciones técnicas en plantas de Alimentación y Bebidas
- Conocimientos de MS Office, incluidos Excel y Word
