Sales Representative

Buscamos a una persona con al menos un año de experiencia en el cargo de asistente/representante de ventas,
con inglés B2+/C1, dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Excel, Salesforce y CRM.

Responsabilidades

Proporcionar presupuestos telefónicos y responder a las solicitudes de presupuesto de sitio web y otras fuentes. Realizar un seguimiento de los presupuestos y clientes potenciales.Mantener o mejorar la conversión de clientes potenciales. Realizar ventas (convertir clientes potenciales en clientes). Introducir todos los presupuestos y reservas en el CRM. Crear contenido para promocionar nuestros servicios. Introducir notas de su interacción con los clientes en el CRM.

Responsabilidades de programación:

Gestionar agendas Responder a las llamadas de los clientes, SMS, correos electrónicos, y acomodar las reprogramaciones. Actualizar el CRM con las preferencias de los clientes, cambios de tarifas, cambios de día, notas de reserva, etc. Crear los horarios semanales de los técnicos a tiempo.

Responsabilidades de Atención al Cliente:

Contestar las llamadas de servicio al cliente y responder a las necesidades de los clientes. Llamar a los nuevos clientes después de su primera limpieza, y de nuevo a los 30 y 60 días Habilidades Requeridas
  • Inglés fluido y avanzado B2+/C1.
  • Dominio de Excel.
  • Conocimiento de CRM
  • Deseable: Experiencia en Salesforce y Monday
  • Habilidades de comunicación.

    Horario: Lunes a viernes 7:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M

    Modalidad: Presencial

    Contrato: Indefinido
