Esta posición realiza responsabilidades administrativas avanzadas que incluyen la preparación y Análisis de informes más complejos, la recopilación de Información de varias fuentes, el manejo de Proyectos a pequeña escala y el Análisis utilizando varios Paquetes de Software.
Puede dirigir el trabajo de otros y proporcionar instrucción y orientación a los empleados menos experimentados.
Esta posición realiza tareas generales de oficina que pueden incluir Procesamiento de texto, ingreso de datos, Auditoría de documentos, contestar teléfonos LINEA DE IMPORTACIONES, distribuir correo, reservar salas de conferencias, coordinar reuniones y otras tareas asignadas.
Puede tratar con material confidencial de forma regular.
Calificaciones
Tecnólogos o profesionales en Comercio exterior, Negocios Internacionales o campos afines – Requerido
Experiencia en servicio al cliente- Preferible
Experiencia en aduanas - Preferible
Excel Intermedio – Requerido
Nivel de inglés básico – Sujeto a evaluación
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de producción altamente medido y de ritmo rápido.

TURNO MADRUGADA 1 AM A 11 AM MARTES A SABADO
Ubicación:
Remota – (Indispensable que la persona se encuentre en el Valle de Aburrá)
