PROPÓSITO Y RELEVANCIA GENERAL PARA LA ORGANIZACIÓN:

Contribuir a alcanzar el logro de los objetivos y KPIs de la tienda proporcionando una experiencia memorable para los clientes y viviendo los valores de la marca.

Utilizar los conocimientos y la experiencia para servir y vender a los clientes y lograr la excelencia operativa.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

  • Conoce e impulsa los KPIs de la tienda, como CR (Conversion Rate / Tasa de conversión), ATV (Average Selling Price / Valor promedio por transacción), ASP (Average Selling Price / Precio de Venta Promedio), UPT (Unit Per Transaction / Unidad por Transacción), Tráfico, Margen estándar, NPS (Net Promoter Score) y logra objetivos individuales.
  • Actúa como un primer punto de contacto y guía al cliente para brindar una solución que garantice los protocolos de ventas y estándares de servicio de adidas. Colabora para respaldar otras funciones de la tienda cuando sea necesario (almacén, cajero, VM, Digital, Alpha & Booster, Instore Coach). Apoyo para los Store Professional al tratar con situaciones complejas de servicio al cliente.
  • Aplica y comprende todas las herramientas digitales disponibles en la tienda y las soluciones omnicanal.
  • Impulsa y vive los estándares de nuestro modelo de servicio (Connect, Engage e Inspire/Conectar, Comprometer e Inspirar).
  • Apoyo en otras funciones de tienda incluyendo operaciones de caja, cierre diario de tienda, devoluciones, recepción de mercadería
