Job Description

You will support the sales team in developing the business across different channels, creating value propositions, contributing to offer preparation, ensuring order follow-up and customer service to secure potential product purchases. Build profitable relationships with customers by efficiently managing orders and effectively handling customer requests. Timely complete information requests about offers, quotes, technical information, and positioning of TD SYNNEX programs and services.

What You'll Do:

  • Support in preparing and sending quotes or purchase orders.
  • Assist in resolving channel inquiries. Escalate any channel request to the sales team.
  • Contact potential customers and follow the sales cycle with assigned accounts.
  • Send quotes and purchase orders to the channel and provide advice on renewal-related queries.
  • Proactively discuss TD SYNNEX's value-added services, including the TD SYNNEX reservation program, configuration services, and others as needed.
  • Utilize expertise to effectively negotiate TD's gross margin through cross-selling opportunities and additional sales.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with all TD SYNNEX departments and supplier field representatives to act as a liaison for the customer.
  • Gather competitive, market, and pricing information and provide feedback to relevant parties.
  • Attend all mandatory training, lunches, learnings, and seminars for vendors.
  • Support other sales teams when coverage is needed.
  • Provide team leadership by being a subject matter expert.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Meet attendance and punctuality standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Required academic level: Technical or professional in engineering, Administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • Required technical knowledge: Sales techniques - Customer service (ESSENTIAL).
  • Experience in Call Centers and/or retail sales in the IT industry.
  • Total years of experience: Minimum 1 year.
  • Desired experience area: Sales Assistant, Inside Sales, commercial distribution analyst.
  • Years of experience in the position: Minimum 1 year.
  • Knowledge or skills: Customer relationship management - Communication - Office management Competencies: Achievement orientation - Attention to detail - Customer orientation - Interpersonal relationships.
  • Competencies: Results orientation - Communication - Commercial impact and influence – Proactivity Organizational capacity, Structuring.
Working Conditions:
  • Professional, office environment (Hybrid).
