We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction

Job Summary:


We look for agents that can take care of people over 65 years old or more who have a disability.

They must be fluent in English.

Agents would need to review doctors appointments, plan benefits, medications, invoices, coverage, everything that has to do with the plan of the affiliates.

Beyond being a customer service company, they are dedicated to saving lives.
