Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst & Product Owner, you'll play a crucial role in our projects, leveraging your expertise in systems design, process implementation, and Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ/Steelbrick.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, shape the future of our projects, and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to shape functional requirements of CPQ.
- Lead discovery efforts to create developmentready stories.
- Make recommendations for system and process improvements.
- Manage Sales technology projects and CPQ impacts.
- Provide Tier 2 support for production issues.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in solution delivery.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel.
- Strong testing skills with ability to identify and execute appropriate depth of testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problemsolving scenarios.
