What you'll do

Position title: Talent Attraction – Early Career Talent

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Activities and Responsibilities includes:

Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (screening candidates, meet Hiring Managers, system management, etc.) Cross work recruitment within countries within Latin America Support Talent Attraction strategic initiatives/projects Support Diversity and Inclusion events to promote SAP as a great employer to start or continue the career path Support Early Career Talent Events and Fairs at local Universities Participate in global and regional team meetings

What you bring

Education:

Recent graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing Finished an internship

Requirements and Experience:

Maximum of 2 years of professional experience Previous work experience in recruitment is an advantage Advanced English skills (written & spoken) Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus Excellent communication skills
