As a Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Taking direct support cases from users.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
- Drive customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings.
- Drive projects that improve supportrelated processes and our customers' technical support experience with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft .NET development using VB.Net & C#.
- Strong knowledge of frontend web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of objectoriented programming concepts.
- Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts.
- SQL and ORACLE exposure is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic data management concepts and data handling issues surrounding variable data frequencies across broad subjects.
- Strong desire to learn Oil & Gas Core Competencies, specifically Digital OilField.
- Exposure to js libraries such as Highcharts and KendoUI.
- Familiarity with agile development and DevOps methodologies.
