We operate a world-class Academy, Professional Services, and Partner Success organization to drive value and success for our customers.

Customers working with our teams are empowered to work in our platform independently to realize their organizations' business outcomes and use cases.


As part of this mission, the Manager - Global Academy, will work on ensuring the Academy's programs effectively make customers and partners more self-sufficient through well designed and relevant training programs.


  • Lead the Academy team, which includes Curriculum Development Specialists, Instructional Designers and, dottedline, Technical Trainers.
  • Oversee the planning, development and maintenance of diverse training programs, including selfpaced courses, live courses, and taped courses, ensuring content quality and relevance.
  • Manage the Academy's processes, including but not limited to the allocation and monitoring of training credits sold, credits to expire, trainers schedules and customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations group to manage different tools and process improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless training delivery.
  • Lead the strategic and operational planning of the Academy to ensure excellence in curriculum development, instructional design, and technical training.
  • Work with the Sales team to understand customer requirements thoroughly and offer customized learning experiences that facilitate a successful adoption of the solution.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the Academy's processes in collaboration with Professional Services Engineers, Partner Services Delivery Managers, and Sales departments to provide a successful experience for our Academy participants.
  • Maintain and share accurate reports with the Professional Services leadership to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Anticipate internal and external challenges, including regulatory, and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Provide strategic insights and collaborate with the Professional Services team to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic objectives for the Academy, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success.
  • Design necessary documentation: workflows, customer journey paths and playbooks to align the efforts of current team members and facilitate onboarding of new hires.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years of people management
  • 2+ years managing projects and programs.
  • Experience in working with other commercial entities to customize and further sell training programs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of project management methodology and tools
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and not technical people
  • Experience working with SalesForce, PSA tools, and GSuite
  • Ability to quickly develop strong and open relationships with a serviceminded approach to customers, partners, and subcontracting vendors
