As a customer service specialist in this role, your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Adhering to company policies to meet quality, regulatory, and business standards in line with strategic goals.
  • Handling all customer inquiries with a focus on delivering top-notch service.
  • Managing inbound calls and emails according to set benchmarks.
  • Completing assigned tasks efficiently and promptly.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of customer data in the system.
  • Providing friendly and effective service to a global customer base.
  • Being the initial point of contact for addressing and resolving customer issues.
  • Recognizing and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Crafting thoughtful responses to customer emails and resolving issues using available resources.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and independently striving to meet targets.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level) is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) both verbally and in writing is required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Qualities such as patience, empathy, and stress management skills.
  • The capability to work well under pressure and adapt to challenges swiftly.
  • Technical acumen and the agility to grasp new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to adhere to guidelines and instructions.
  • Remaining composed and rational in critical situations.
  • Demonstrating confidence in communication and problem-solving.
  • Access to high-speed internet and suitable remote working conditions.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is a prerequisite.
  • Residency in Portugal or a willingness to relocate is essential.
