Job description

The strategy team plays an essential role in this endeavor. We design flexible and personalized ecosystems for brands by activating the entire conversion funnel and helping connect different stakeholders (internal and external) in articulating different business solutions.

As a Content Strategist, your responsibilities include:

  • Developing content strategies for various social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Youtube, website, etc.), creating pillars to enhance audience interaction with the digital content they consume.
  • Leading, articulating, and supporting teams in strategic processes for digital content to contribute to brand communication objectives.
  • Creating data-driven content strategies.
  • Curating content and co-creating experiences for users in digital environments.
  • Reviewing and restructuring identified content for improvements through content audits and user feedback.
  • Analyzing and generating content performance metrics, collaborating with different digital areas to take appropriate measures to enhance social media strategies.
  • Tracking content and page metrics.
  • Keeping the team updated on trends and exploration opportunities in different digital channels.
  • Managing key relationships with internal areas and external clients, helping define content needs and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Staying updated on content trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strategically adapting content from other regions to the local context.
  • Providing support to the strategic planning team in the 360 campaigns of the brands.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Professional in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in content or social media strategy.
  • Related roles experience (Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, Digital Planner, etc.).
  • Passionate about social media and content.
  • Results analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
