Propósito general:

Enfocado en impulsar crecimiento en el negocio del cliente y la agencia, a través de la búsqueda constante de oportunidades de crecimiento, la creación de iniciativas de testing y aprendizaje, y el diseño de modelos de expansión que escalen los logros en diferentes mercados o plataformas.

Responsable de llevar crecimiento a través de un pensamiento full funnel, entendiendo que tanto las acciones de branding como las de performance son fundamentales.


Conocimientos y requisitos:

  • Técnicas de análisis de datos.
  • Estrategia de marketing y media.
- eCommerce y métricas de performance.

  • Diseño de agendas de aprendizaje.
  • Inglés B2.

Funciones:

  • En conjunto con el Growth Director diseñar y mantener actualizada el Roadmap de Growth para el cliente en Latam.
  • Diseñar estrategias y tácticas que capitalicen las oportunidades de crecimiento encontradas.
  • Estar en constante escucha, investigación y análisis de los indicadores del cliente, las audiencias y los competidores para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Integrar soluciones de negocio del grupo que maximicen o capitalicen oportunidades en el cliente (productos internos de la agencia).

Objetivos:

  • Garantizar la implementación del Roadmap de Growth para el 2024, actualizando en caso de ser necesario según los cambios en las prioridades.
  • Lograr el cumplimiento de las metas propuestas en el Roadmap de Growth para el cliente a nível de negocio e implementación de iniciativas.
  • Consolidar al menos 4 casos de éxito que puedan ser escalados y expuestos a nível regional y global.
  • Conectar con el equipo global para traer aprendizajes y expandir las buenas prácticas.
