Global66 creemos que el principio de todo y el centro del negocio son nuestros clientes, es por esto que el/la
CX Content Specialist de Global66 tiene por objetivo crear, diseñar, mantener y actualizar los distintos contenidos del área presentados a través del Centro de Ayuda, templates de comunicación de los distintos canales habilitados, preguntas frecuentes alojados en la app y en el landing.


  • Controlar, diseñar, redactar y actualizar el contenido de los templates de los distintos canales de Soporte (correos, WhatsApp, chat) y de los artículos del Centro de Ayuda para que estos dispongan de información al día.
  • Potenciar la calidad y medir el rendimiento de los contenidos generados en las distintas secciones de ayuda.
  • Adquirir y mantener un conocimiento nível experto de los productos y servicios ofrecidos para asegurar que el cliente tenga a la mano todo lo que ofrece la plataforma con el fin de fidelizar y maximizar el uso del producto.
  • Alinear las estrategias de experiência del cliente con las iniciativas de marketing, brand y programas de referidos para informar a los clientes nuestros beneficios, nuevas características y funcionalidades del producto/servicios con un sentido de retención.
  • Obtener un amplio entendimiento de las frustraciones de los clientes y usuarios y canalizarlas como elementos de mejora de los productos que ofrecemos.
  • Complementar el trabajo de la célula de Salesforce para cumplir los objetivos y metas de CX.



¿Qué buscamos?
:

  • 3 a 4 años de experiência en comunicaciones, soporte, operaciones, Customer Experience y/o Customer Success, desarrollo de contenidos, periodismo y/o diseño.
  • Experiência en análisis y génesis de reportes

Saber diseñar ilustraciones y contenidos visuales corporativos
:

  • Manejo general de herramientas de diseño: Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Figma, Miro, Adobe Illustrator u otros.
  • Inglés y/o Portugués avanzado.

Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
:

  • Excelencia en la gestión del tiempo.
