About the Position:Eager to join Red Hat's Critical Accounts Program (CAP)? Excited about the opportunity to become an Escalation Manager in the Escalation Management Team (EMT)? Look no further As an Escalation Manager, you'll be handling escalated situations, collaborating with technical and customer teams to ensure timely resolutions. Make a difference by delivering top-notch customer experiences. The job location is flexible within Colombia, with a preference for the Red Hat office in Bogota.Responsibilities:Utilize your expertise to manage escalations both internally and externally.Lead meetings effectively, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups.Build and nurture relationships to drive results with various internal teams.Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in handling escalations of different levels.Collaborate with key stakeholders like the Account Team, Support Delivery, Engineering, and more to achieve desired outcomes.Conduct calls with relevant teams, ensuring accountability and successful issue resolution.Communicate with customers to grasp the complexity of issues and set expectations accordingly.Detail escalation progress, including scope and business impact, adhering to quality standards.Apply critical thinking to resolve routine to complex issues and propose alternative paths.Identify situations requiring intervention, take charge, and drive solutions.Engage with multiple teams to ensure customer expectations are met.Monitor escalated cases to prioritize and ensure proper handling.Provide updates to stakeholders in a clear and consistent manner.Offer feedback on lessons learned from escalations.Occasional weekend coverage may be required.Requirements:Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Effective presenter and communicator at all organizational levels.Ability to manage expectations and hold customers accountable when necessary.Experience in managing customer escalations in a technical support environment.Adept at working independently and under pressure, handling multiple tasks.Familiarity with Red Hat solutions and open-source software is advantageous.Proficiency in languages spoken in the LATAM/SA region is a plus.About Red Hat:
