El
Employee Relations Representative es responsable de coordinar los programas, políticas y prioridades de la División de Tiendas Propias de Skechers.

Esta área ayudará a los equipos de Tiendas Propias en las siguientes tareas:

  • Estrategias de reclutamiento y retención de personal.
  • Evaluación de la gestión del desempeño.
  • Iniciativas de capacitación.
  • Políticas y prácticas en el desarrollo de la gestión y el empleo.


Además, esta persona colaborará con el equipo Regional: el Supervisor / Gerente de Recursos Humanos en las recomendaciones para la gestión de tienda y el equipo de Operaciones de Retail, respecto a las relaciones con la fuerza de venta y las políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos.

Deberá representar el área de RRHH en las tiendas Skechers en todo Colombia

  • Implementación y supervisión de los programas AOR (Areas de Responsabilidad) y MOD (Manager on Duty).
  • Visitas constantes a las tiendas para recopilar información y dar soporte en relación al área de RRHH para todo el personal de la tienda.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral en las tiendas del Perú.
  • Responsable de la fidelización del personal en las tiendas.
  • Soporte en el proceso de inducción del personal en tiendas en temas de RRHH.
  • Realizar capacitaciones enfocadas en el área de RRHH para todo el personal de tienda en Colombia.
  • Participación en capacitaciones operativas para nuevos Jefes de Tienda y subjefes de tiendas en Colombia.
  • Organización de actividades de RRHH con el objetivo de potenciar y promover el talento interno y / o detectar problemas que afecten a los trabajadores en las tiendas de Colombia.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con los DM en relación a las decisiones que se deben tomar sobre material de RRHH en las tiendas de Colombia.
  • Controlar la dotación de personal por tienda (solicitud de dotación de personal y número de horas en la tienda).
  • Realizar el control de las solicitudes de retiro que los DM recopilan del personal de la tienda e iniciar el proceso de solicitud de contratación de empleados.
