Su nuevo rol:

  • Participar en la ejecución de proyectos de servicios, mediante el acompañamiento técnico y administrativo y, la coordinación y dirección de personal asignado con el fin de cumplir los objetivos propios del proyecto y de la compañía.
    Responsabilidades del cargo
  • Trabajar en conjunto y colaborar con otros grupos para lograr los objetivos de las labores asignadas.
  • Cumplir los acuerdos de níveles de servicio establecidos con el cliente.
  • Participar activamente en las actividades en materia HSE que se establezcan en la empresa y cumplir con todos los requisitos y directrices de seguridad industrial.
  • Presentar los avances de las actividades programadas a realizar.
  • Cumplir con los cronogramas establecidos periódicamente para las labores de mantenimiento.
  • Cumplir con las metas personales asignadas y colaborar con las metas establecidas de grupo.
  • Cumplir a cabalidad con las tareas asignadas por sus superiores.
  • Mantener actualizados las licencias, permisos y cursos que se requieren para la ejecución de su cargo.
  • Cuidar apropiadamente los recursos de la empresa.
  • Reportar a su superior inmediato sobre cualquier anomalía presentada durante la ejecución de sus labores
  • Ejecutar capacitaciones técnicas a colaboradores de menor nível de conocimiento.
  • Ejecutar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y/o servicios en conjunto con otros colaboradores y áreas, de manera consistente.
  • Apoyar en visitas de servicio o sistemas e interactúa con personal del cliente para proveer servicio de calidad y retroalimentación en evaluación y resolución de problemas.
  • Ejecutar el soporte a ventas de producto y/o servicio enfocado en el crecimiento de la compañía
  • Definir actividades para los grupos de trabajo y colaboradores bajo su cargo de acuerdo con la responsabilidad de cada uno y presentar informes de trabajo de la gestion del equipo.
  • Solucionar problemas técnicos que surjan a los colaboradores bajo su cargo.
  • Asistir a reuniones en representación de la compañía y velar por sus intereses
  • Colaborar con el desarrollo profesional de los demás colaboradores
  • Ejecutar actividades para incrementar el volumen del proyecto producto de la consecución de items nuevos o mayores cantidades

Sus cualidades:

  • Ingeniero graduado, con tarjeta profesional expedida por la entidad competente, con experiência certificada de mínimo un (1) año, contada a partir de la fecha de expedición de la tarjeta profesional, con experiência general en:
  • Manejo de personal, programación de actividades y seguimiento al cumplimiento de las mismas en calidad y tiempo, acompañamiento técnico y administrativo en ejecución de proyectos.
  • Manejo básico de Excel y Word.
  • Competencias críticas:
  • Nível de inglés intermedio (deseable)
  • Habilidad de relacionamiento con el cliente
  • Capacidad de liderazgo
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
