Client Ops Analyst

Job Description
Join our Operations team to assist our media and finance departments with media billing tasks and administrative responsibilities.
- Conduct data entry efficiently
- Support media billing procedures
- Collaborate with agency support services and vendors to resolve billing issues
- Identify and reconcile invoicing discrepancies
- Manage credits processing
- Gather data for client reports
- Monitor client purchase orders and year-to-date media billing
- Assist in vendor compliance
- Keep a record of media authorizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Basic financial knowledge including understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, IF)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with numerical data
- Ability to excel in a high-paced setting
- Strong team player with independence
- Effective communication skills
