Descripción del empleo Acerca del rol**El Jr Customer Service Associate será responsable de ofrecer servicio a nuestros clientes, asegurando que todas sus consultas y solicitudes se gestionen de manera eficiente utilizando las plataformas adecuadas de NielsenIQ.


El trabajo se centrará en el soporte al cliente a través de CSO/MSD para la clasificación de tareas y la resolución de solicitudes de clientes para impulsar una experiência satisfactoria con actualizaciones y respuestas oportunas y precisas.


Responsabilidades

  • Dominio de los procesos y metodologías de NIQ, desempeñando un papel activo en la mejora de la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Responsable de garantizar la entrada de tickets y el análisis adecuados antes de la transferencia a los equipos de operaciones.
  • Mantener comunicación continua y apoyo con los equipos de operaciones, para evitar retrasos y garantizar la calidad en las respuestas.
  • Asegurar soporte óptimo y solución de consultas y/o solicitudes de clientes mediante el seguimiento de acciones para ofrecer una comunicación efectiva.
  • Proponer automatización de procesos o mejoras utilizando herramientas como Power BI / R / Python / Excel Macros y explorar la posibilidad de implementar IA (Inteligencia Artificial) / ML (Aprendizaje Automático).
  • Colaboración con equipos de operaciones y comerciales según Job Aids y el Diseño de Procesos definidos.
  • Cumplimiento de KPIs de rendimiento para mejorar la calidad del desempeño (transferencias y respuestas a tiempo) y mantener la disciplina laboral.

Un Jr Customer Service Associate exitoso gestiona consultas y solicitudes de diferentes clientes de NIQ.

Es responsable de garantizar respuestas claras y precisas que resuelvan consultas y solicitudes sobre los servicios de NIQ Retail y Scantrack.

Garantiza la entrada correcta, un análisis completo y actualizaciones frecuentes para lograr la mejor respuesta posible, asegurando una experiência eficiente para el cliente.


Requisitos Habilidades Técnicas**- Licenciatura: Administración de Empresas/Analista, Matemáticas, Estadística, Economía o Ingeniería.

  • De 6 meses a 1 año de experiência en áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência preferible utilizando R / Python, o IA / ML / RPA.
  • Nível intermedio de inglés (escrito y conversacional) es una ventaja.
  • Excelentes habilidades de escritura: ortografía, puntuación, gramática.
  • Habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas elevadas.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos (ruta crítica, secuenciación de tareas, resolución de problemas, etc.).

Habilidades Blandas

  • Capacidad para traducir detalles técnicos de diferentes contextos de clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas: cumplimiento de plazos y seguimientos.
  • Precisión, proactividad y atención al detalle.
  • Construcción de relaciones en equipos multiculturales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y solicitar apoyo cuando sea necesario.
  • Empatía y paciencia. Adaptabilidad para manejar situaciones frustrantes con clientes internos y externos.
  • Habilidades analíticas y aptitud para datos y procesos operativos.
