As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a People Resource Hub & Employee Lifecycle Management Analyst with a passion for the employee life cycle, working with digital solutions and developing trusting relationships with the Business, their employees, and helping patients.

This is a vital role within the People Solutions function— a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions.


People Solutions is a function within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) with the objective of enabling Takeda's business strategy, delivering simplification, improving service and ensuring a positive employee experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


As a
People Resource Hub & Employee Lifecycle Management Analyst in TBS, you will be part of a team responsible for providing HR processes support to our employees with a high degree of expertise and timeliness.

This includes evaluating the issue, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution, transaction in HR systems, appropriate document generation and communicating the resolution and/or escalation to manager or HR Business Partner.

Our team is a multi-channel engagement solution to provide all Takeda colleagues with a simple and intuitive point of contact for support and action.

Reporting to the
People Resource Hub & Employee Lifecycle Management Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to the business and to other HR functions.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Understanding and utilizing HR systems including Workday and the Employee Portal to provide solutions to queries regarding HR policy, procedure or the use of HR tools
  • Executing employee lifecycle changes in HR systems (hire, change job, termination, leave of absence)
  • Generating HR documentation, such as contract of employment, annexures, work certificates, adhoc reference letters
  • Collaboration with TA operations, Payroll and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure correctness of employee data
  • Providing HR support and solutions via ticketing system (Service Now)
  • Ensuring that documentation and requests meet the policy for each process
  • Actively contributing to delivering, maintaining and improving Corporate Services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieve results
  • Taking part in regional and/or country specific projects, aiming at optimization of processes
  • Identifying and researching incoming queries from managers, and HR Business Partners
  • Conducting recurring meetings with HR Business Partners & other key stakeholders/partners
  • Providing exceptional customer service, expectation setting, and delivering
  • Educating clients of HR Services available to them and encouraging multi
- channel tools such as the HR Portal and other systems as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • At least one year experience in customer services, data entry or related field
  • Workday or other HRIS experience
  • Experience in an HR Service Center
  • Service Now or other case management system
  • Payroll and Benefits Knowledge (desirable)
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Fluent English
