Debe trabajar de cerca con expertos externos y seguir la estrategia de la marca.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Desarrollar la estrategia médica del área de oncología y generar tácticas y soluciones que permitan la adecuada divulgación de la información científica y soporten el el acceso a los tratamientos mejorando la calidad de vida de los pacientes. Adaptarse ágilmente a la realidad del negocio local, respaldando la ejecución de estrategias de manera efectiva. Representar el área médica en interacciones de campo con especialistas del área de la salud, manteniendo un relacionamiento en el que se entregue información científica confiable y de calidad. Proporcionar información no promocional y científica balanceada, siguiendo estándares de la compañía y regulaciones locales. Comunicar de manera efectiva las necesidades del negocio y datos científicos a stakeholders internos y expertos. Apoyar la resolución de problemas de seguridad o calidad de activos desde un enfoque científico haciendo un adecuado análisis del manejo de riesgos, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo de la compañía en todo momento. Colaborar estrechamente con expertos internos y externos para garantizar tanto la alineación estratégica científica como la adecuada comunicación científica

Requisitos Mínimos:

Profesional en Medicina, PhD o especialista en área de la salud. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Oncología. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, networking y presentación. Fuertes habilidades de priorización y comprensión del contexto amplio de las estrategias corporativas. Capacidad para establecer un relacionamiento profesional con líderes científicos y actores claves en el sector de la oncología. Habilidad para comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo de dirección o gestión a nivel local. Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinarios. Nivel de inglés avanzado o superior. Disponibilidad para viajar. Habilidades técnicas de redacción y escritura con capacidad para hablar en público.
