Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for assigned clients
* Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports
* Ensure compliance with client requirements
* Attend meetings to improve processes with the team and clients
* Address queries from accounting teams and clients
* Mediate in billing processes and manage cash flow
* Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms
* Generate reports for internal processes
* Ensure compliance with established internal operation protocols
