As a Accounting Assistant
, you will process all kind of reporting, and administrative help, data entry, manage unbilled orders and collect past

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Credit card expense entry into the TMS system, receipt collection from the applicable parties, and monthly reconciliations
  • Manage unbilled orders and collect past due carrier paperwork on a weekly basis from carriers
  • Run and organize the weekly unbilled report
  • Calling carriers to obtain the paperwork
  • Answer incoming calls to the accounting department
  • Compile and prepare weekly and monthly excel reports for the accounting manager
  • Assist with customer collections and maintaining customer files
  • Looking up statuses in customer portals
  • Sending detailed excel statements to customers
  • Assist with responding to customer and carrier requests, research payment discrepancies
  • Help update and create accounting guides for the department
  • Provide general administrative help and any data entry tasks for the accounting or other departments
  • Reporting to the Accounting Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Phone calls

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree.

Experience: at least one-year billing experience or administrative experience also experienced in Excel,

Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Onsite. (We work by the American calendar)
