Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales
- Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customers to resolve technical problems
- Build a quality relationship with customers and managers
- Provide inhouse technical support to sales staff
- Leading the design of the program for the customer
- Constantly collect and feedback on customers and the market's demand for the company's products
After-Sales
- Aftersales technical support (training, maintenance, handson repair, remote support)
- Feedback on productrelated issues to research and development personnel for improvement
- Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting
- Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirement
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Support focus mind, capable to solve/simplify customer challenges.
- Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines.
- Good analytic thinking and ability to solve technical problems.
- Be friendly, energetic and passionate independently.
Job Requirement:
- Technical competency in android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus.
- Must understand coding logic.
