Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales

  • Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customers to resolve technical problems
  • Build a quality relationship with customers and managers
  • Provide inhouse technical support to sales staff
  • Leading the design of the program for the customer
  • Constantly collect and feedback on customers and the market's demand for the company's products

After-Sales

  • Aftersales technical support (training, maintenance, handson repair, remote support)
  • Feedback on productrelated issues to research and development personnel for improvement
  • Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting
  • Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirement

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Support focus mind, capable to solve/simplify customer challenges.
  • Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines.
  • Good analytic thinking and ability to solve technical problems.
  • Be friendly, energetic and passionate independently.

Job Requirement:

  • Technical competency in android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus.
  • Must understand coding logic.
