KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Intercompany Transactions, including Reconcilition;
  • Accounting Administrator of Chart of Account, Cost Center, and Layouts for Ancilary Obligations;
  • Prepare the delivery of ancillary obligations within the established legal deadlines;
  • Attending/ supporting internal and external audit companies;
  • Following defined policies and procedures;
  • Report periodically or upon request;
  • Participation in continuous process improvement;
  • Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader;

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Mandatory:

  • University/College Degree, in Accounting.
  • Intermediated MS Excel skills;
  • Intermediated English (both verbal and written)
  • Results oriented with organizational and planning skills;
  • Experience in similar position (Minimum 2 years) and cross cultural companies;
  • Eperience with ancilary obligations.
