I. OBJECTIVES


Our global recruiter will assist local recruiting teams as well as assist in finding global talent for both global strategic and administrative positions.

This position reports directly to the global head of HR.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage endtoend recruiting including headhunting, research, interviews, negotiation & making the final offer after approval.
  • Manage hiring manager expectations acting as a Business Partner and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires.
  • Be passionate about the technology world and startups.
  • Ready to challenge on the tech recruitment strategy (timeline, recruitment channels, recruitment process, manage expectations/vs business needs).
  • Follow up and manage all data related to recruitment, utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
  • Creating adhoc recruitment reports.
  • Provide creative and innovative feedback, suggestions, and input to your HR teammates to improve the recruitment process in the organization

III. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Reports directly to EVP, Global Human Resources & Risk Management

IV. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday.

V. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years recruiting experience in technology, preferably inhouse experience in a fastpaced startup or hypergrowth tech company.
  • Experience with both highvolume recruitment as well as specialist searches.
  • Experience in headhunting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken is mandatory.
  • Experience in presenting the company in different recruitment events, talent fairs, and emeet ups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support a business case then pursue creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage their time effectively.
  • Ability to develop creative & innovative strategies for successful recruitment.
  • Great team player and very collaborative.
