As Front Desk Recruiter, You Will

  • Welcome scheduled and walkin applicants
  • Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and administer preemployment tests
  • Manage preemployment background checks and medical exams
  • Assemble new hire packages and assist in orientations
  • Input employee data and maintain employee files

Requirements:

As Front Desk Recruiter, You Have
years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

  • HR experience (considered an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change
  • The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
  • The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
