The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle of the recruiting process including, but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offer letters.

Candidate must possess the ability to effectively communication with hiring managers to fully understand their open positions.
Will be responsible for utilizing Workday, Job Boards, Social Media in sourcing candidates.

The Lead spearheads the efforts to help ensure that Everise is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and building awarness of job opportunities.


Job Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of federal/state regulations related to employment.
  • Manage current candidate activity in Workday
  • Use recruiting skills to identify and attract quality canidates through career fairs, community network events, and social media.
  • Timely communication with applicants to include basic screening, scheduling interviews, background checks and onboarding.
  • Oversee internal/external communication and hiring process.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition ManagerQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university, one to three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
