The Position: We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Bogota, Columbia. The role involves high-volume recruitment onsite with a hybrid setup, requiring 75% office work. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with a team to fill non-exempt positions in high-volume and niche roles, offering a competitive salary, health benefits, growth opportunities, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Source talent through various channels and networking opportunities.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to hire.
  • Build candidate pipelines via referrals and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Meet weekly hiring targets and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Handle salary negotiations and maintain candidate profiles.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and job sites effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with recruitment databases and sourcing tools.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
