Experiencia en gestión integral en diferentes tiendas, ventas offline, apasionado por liderar estrategias de manejo de personal, capacitación, operaciones, logística, customer service y ventas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y gestionar todas las operaciones de las tiendas físicas, asegurando un funcionamiento fluido y eficiente.
  • Capacitar y supervisar al personal de las tiendas, garantizando un alto nivel de servicio al cliente y cumplimiento de KPI's.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para aumentar las ventas y mejorar la rentabilidad de las tiendas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar e implementar planes efectivos de retención de clientes.
  • Coordinar las actividades de logística, gestión del inventario y asegurar la precisión de los registros de existencias.
  • Analizar datos de ventas y rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Mantener altos estándares de presentación visual en todas las tiendas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa como Gerente de Operaciones de Tiendas o roles similares en retail.
  • Grandes habilidades de liderazgo, desarrollo de equipos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en entornos dinámicos.
  • Conocimiento sólido de operaciones, incluyendo ventas, operaciones, logística y gestión de inventarios.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en análisis.
