Join Our Team as a Cx - Customer ExperienceKey Responsibilities:
- Analyse their cases and give them a proper solution.
- Be the contact between our clients and the company.
- Identify, escalate and solve technical problems together with the IT team.
- Work side by side with our Sales team and help them in the onboarding of new clients
- Assist clients on their day to day business
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Support Agent (call center environment is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree preferably.
- Excel skills intermediate.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proactive, teamwork, and service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience managing direct contact with clients is a plus.
- Knowledge in tools like Looker, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Figma is a plus
