Join Our Team as a Cx - Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse their cases and give them a proper solution.
  • Be the contact between our clients and the company.
  • Identify, escalate and solve technical problems together with the IT team.
  • Work side by side with our Sales team and help them in the onboarding of new clients
  • Assist clients on their day to day business

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Support Agent (call center environment is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree preferably.
  • Excel skills intermediate.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proactive, teamwork, and service oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience managing direct contact with clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge in tools like Looker, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Figma is a plus
