Responsabilidades:

  • Comunicarse con los clientes por los diferentes canales online brindando solución oportuna
  • Recibir y registrar en el sistema definido las órdenes de venta y requerimientos de nuestros clientes, garantizando la gestión acordada y definida
  • Realizar seguimiento a las solicitudes creadas por los clientes con el fin de brindar respuestas oportunas y veraces
  • Buscar y analizar oportunidades de mejora para potenciar la venta.

Requisitos:

  • Técnicos en áreas comerciales, administrativas o afines
  • Más de 1 año de experiência como Customer Experience (o puestos similares)
  • Excelente etiqueta telefónica y excelentes habilidades verbales, escritas e interpersonales
  • Disposición para el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
