- Realizar la facturación de todas las líneas de negocio de la compañía, reportes e informes de cierre mensuales y periódicos de facturación. Aseguramiento de la información financiera de acuerdo con el cumplimiento normativo y corporativo.
- En un dia normal tendrás que:
- Garantizar la facturación acorde a las solicitudes y requerimientos de los clientes.-
- Reportes e informes de cierre mensuales o periódicos.-
- Atender tratamiento de tickets de facturación, brindando una solución a las necesidades con el fin de cumplir con los estándares de calidad operacional.-
- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos a cargo.
- Lo que necesitas para tener exito:
- Educación: Profesional en contaduría Pública / Administración de Empresas / Carreras afines-
- Experiência: 2 años de experiência en el área de facturación con importante volumen de transacciones.-
- Conocimientos técnicos: Excel intermedio, Plataformas de facturación electrónica.-
- Altamente deseable: Sólidos conocimientos en procesos de facturación, pensamiento analítico, elaboración de informes, agilidad y capacidad de gestionar eficazmente las solicitudes recibidas y cumplir con los plazos de forma constante.
