We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Invoice Reconciliation Analyst to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our media and finance teams by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Data Entry and Support**: Enter and manage data related to media billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • **Vendor Liaison**: Collaborate with agency support services and vendors to resolve media billing issues and discrepancies.
  • **Invoice Reconciliation**: Identify and reconcile discrepant invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • **Credit and Reporting**: Request and process credits, and source and compile information for client reporting.
  • **Purchase Order Tracking**: Track client purchase orders and YTD media and fee billing.
  • **Vendor Compliance**: Support vendor compliance processes, ensuring that all vendors meet our company's standards.
  • **Media Authorization**: Keep track of media authorizations, ensuring that all necessary approvals are in place.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • **Language**: English B2 level or higher.
  • **Technical Skills**: Intermediate expert use of Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups).
  • **Soft Skills**: Detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong team player, ability to work on own initiative, and effective communication skills.
