  • Management, Administration and Configuration of the Solution
  • Customer Relationship (contact with client)
  • Guidance and user's support
  • Planning and promote meetings, workshops and trainings
  • Customer service procedures for queries and problem resolution
  • Development of software automations

Qualifications:
Education

  • Automation, computing, or similar engineering in the IT industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical IT discipline
Experience

  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Direct Support to costumer is desirable
  • SmartPlant Foundation Or SDx Experience is desirable
Technical knowledge

  • Expertise in Programming Logic and Languages such as (VBA, C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET)
  • Expertise in Development of Systems
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and relational databases (ORACLE, MSSQL Server)
  • Experience in Project and Solution Implementation
  • Familiar with writing of SQL Statements

Languages (Fluent Spanish):

  • English
  • Desirable but not mandatory
