Overview


Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, and as a part of the Revenue Accounting Team, work closely with key finance, billing, and business teams to provide monthly support of various general ledger and accounting functions.


Responsibilities

  • Review contracts, renewals, terminations on a daily basis.
  • Work with revenue operations team to ensure accuracy of orders
  • Process sales orders, billings and post revenue for assigned entities.
  • Manage PO and deliver invoices.
  • Analyze anticipated vs complete invoice status to identify any exceptions.
  • Ensure proper revenue treatments
  • Monthly reports and reconciliations of Revenue, Deferred Revenue and Unbilled.
  • Execute assigned responsibilities for the monthly close process, journal entries, contracts tracking, ensuring all items on the close checklist have been completed
  • Ensure that deadlines are met for accounting close, reporting, and other internal and external requirements.
  • Perform a variety of special projects, audits.
  • Communicate timely and effectively both inperson and working remotely status, progress challenges to ensure timely completion and review of all work deliverables
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field is required
  • Proven analytical skills to evaluate the reasonableness of results and projections
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highlydriven and selfmotivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

  • Netsuite, ARM experience preferred
