Responsibilities:

  • User Management: Creating and managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and record types; developing workflows and validation rules; maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
  • Data Management: Importing, updating, and exporting data; ensuring data quality and backups.
  • System Maintenance: Monitoring performance, managing releases and updates, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Training and Support: Providing user training and support; creating documentation and training materials.
  • Integration Management: Managing system integrations and ensuring data consistency.
  • Security Management: Implementing security settings and monitoring user activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions; collaborating with IT professionals.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Staying updated with Salesforce features and best practices; improving processes and user experience.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Building and maintaining reports and dashboards; providing data insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1.5 up to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate English level
