Description
As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst in our team, your primary responsibility will be the strategic management of the Salesforce system. This includes tasks such as system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity.
You will lead major platform-wide projects with a focus on CPQ and Billing systems. A strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ are required for this role.
Responsibilities
Strategic management of the Salesforce system, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity Functioning as a CPQ expert, working closely with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams Leading major platform-wide projects centered on CPQ and Billing systems, while mentoring and managing a professional team Ensuring Salesforce CPQ capabilities are aligned with business needs and stakeholder objectives Providing guidance and support to the development team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions Keeping abreast of Salesforce technology and industry trends
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ Hands-on skills in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments Familiarity with tools like DocuSign Understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce Proficiency in automated deployment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency or higher
