SUMMARY:

The company seeks a Strategy & Operations Associate to drive key initiatives through strategy and implementation. This role offers autonomy, growth opportunities, and involvement in high-impact projects.

A successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects creatively to fuel Placer's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and devise strategies to address market changes

Operations:

  • Lead complex cross-functional projects
  • Implement strategic proposals and establish evaluation metrics

Business Performance:

  • Develop analytical insights for performance monitoring
  • Conduct business reviews for executive visibility
  • Provide cross-functional input for business needs

Ad hoc growth opportunities:

  • Drive ad hoc projects to support business growth

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience influencing executive audiences
  • Proven ability to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and first principle thinking
  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • High EQ
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university, preferably in mathematics, economics, or finance; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Background in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking
  • Startup experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or DaaS
