About The Role:
- As a Corporate It Demand Manager, you will be aligning technology solutions with business objectives, fostering consistent communication between various business units and IT teams. Additionally, you will actively drive IT initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the organization's overarching goals.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with business units to understand their technology needs and upcoming projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand plan, outlining IT resource requirements and project timelines.
- Prioritize and categorize IT demands based on business impact and strategic importance.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, fostering strong communication and understanding.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to assess ongoing demands and provide updates on IT initiatives.
- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities based on resource availability and business objectives.
- Work closely with IT teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor and track resource utilization, adjusting as necessary to meet changing business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance resource allocation efficiency.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, from demand identification to delivery and postimplementation support.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments or business needs.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Collaborate with finance and business units to develop and manage the IT budget.
- Monitor and control ITrelated expenditures, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure costeffectiveness and service quality.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Fintech operations, products, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Experience leading teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Spanish and English [C1]
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
