In collaboration with the Inside Sales and Demand Generation Sales Teams, you will be assisting their efforts of qualifying and progressing for new business and acquiring a broad set of new customers in a diverse customer base.

This role will be responsible for a team of Solutions Architects who will need to learn the breadth of the AWS platform quickly and each develop depth in one or more area.

This role focuses on targeted technical marketing campaigns, solution demos, virtual conference speaking engagements, and more.Key job responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
- Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
- Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct onetofew and onetomany training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS.
- Must be passionate about developing earlyincareer talent.
- Relevant experience in design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications, infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
- Relevant experience management of technical, customer facing resources
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math or related field.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)

- Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles
