El Contador Senior brinda servicios profesionales organizados y orientados a los detalles para soporte contable de ciclo completo dentro de la división de Finanzas de una empresa financiera en crecimiento.
Responsabilidades:
- Contabilizaciones del Libro Mayor, activos fijos/depreciación, asignaciones de centros de costos, gastos prepagos y soporte de pasivos acumulados.
- Conciliaciones bancarias
- Conciliaciones de balances y soporte de revisión transaccional.
- Procesar transacciones corporativas de AR; incluyendo aplicaciones de facturación y pago.
- Producir informes diarios, semanales y mensuales de GL, AR y Cash.
- Asistir en el proceso de cierre mensual y preparación de estados financieros.
- Ayudar con la elaboración de presupuestos, estados financieros, convenios de préstamos y análisis de variaciones.
- Supervisar y mantener la integridad del sistema de contabilidad del libro mayor, específicamente el plan de cuentas y la lista de subcuentas.
- Ayudar con la preparación y las respuestas a las auditorías.
- Actualizar y mantener la documentación de políticas y procedimientos.
- Cumplir con los compromisos contractuales con los clientes mediante informes y resolución de problemas oportunos y precisos.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo según las indicaciones del supervisor.
