How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
  • Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
  • Coordinate and manage the commercial setup of sales activation
  • Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
  • Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
  • Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailormade activations, events) in a cooperation with the Customer Activation team
  • Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

What you need to know about this position

:

  • Ecommerce specialist will ensure the proper activations in the form of promotions and digital marketing activities, developing and executing the flywheel aligned with strategies involving perfect online store and price strategy suggestions.
  • Drive the execution of ecommerce (B2C) to achieve sales growth and profit objectives, including regular estore audits and promotional and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage main ecommerce activities with marketing, catplan and sales teams to organize an omnichannel calendar to increase opportunities into the physical and digital world.
  • Coordinate and track sample and demo brand activities direct to the consumers, ensuring that opportunity is maximized in terms of sales and brand metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to give an overview of the business, including execution of activities, sales and margin against budget, key changes in strategy and an assessment of the competitive landscape.
  • EContent: eContent and portfolio management aligned with Flywheel and Online Store principles to develop advanced catalog for the country. Briefing agencies to produce activation assets such as product content, banners, brand rooms, microsites etc.
  • Administrative tasks: Supplier creation, POs and GR tracking and generation, tracking of investment in order to report phasing A&C. Alignment, legalization of investment. Monthly closures (Underspend

Job specific requirements

:

  • At least 12 years of experience working in eCommerce (B2C).
  • 2 years of experience working in category planning, sales, digital or related fields.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Intermediate level in Excel required.
