We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our team at LoftyHire. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales and growth for our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and change banners on our website to ensure a consistent brand image
  • Collaborate with contractors to produce high-quality product content, including conceptualizing video and photo ideas and directing their execution
  • Develop engaging videos for social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram
  • Create compelling image posts for X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Update images on our Amazon store to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Manage and grow our social media channels to increase brand visibility
  • Write copy for ads and product descriptions to drive sales and conversions
  • Work with influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences
  • Organize and oversee product photo shoots to ensure high-quality visuals
  • Develop and maintain the website and brand theme to ensure a consistent user experience
Requirements
  • Experience with USA culture/market and e-commerce is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong copywriting skills in English
  • Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop
  • Experience with Shopify (preferred but not required; easy to learn)
