En Edelman Colombia buscamos a nuestro tercer partner para que apoye en la consolidación estratégica de la dirección de People en Colombia, a través del soporte y acompañamiento integral a las diferentes unidades que conforman nuestro Core de negocio: Comunicaciones estratégicas, PR y asuntos públicos.


Es una excelente oportunidad para posicionarse como un aliado estratégico en la administración integral del talento en materia de atracción, entrenamientos y el desarrollo de planes de acción orientados a la productividad y a la generación de equipos de alto rendimiento.


What do you need to be our people specialist?:

  • Ser Profesional en psicología, comunicación social, ingenieria industrial o afines
  • Contar con mínimo 4 años de experiência, liderando procesos integrales de reclutamiento y atracción de talento, diseño de programas de onboarding y entrenamientos y procesos de evaluación de performance y productividad.
  • Tener fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, influencia y servicio al cliente.
  • Ser recursivx y orientadx a la consecución de resultados.
  • Tener una buena estructura de planeación y organización, así como la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión en un entorno dinámico y de desafios constantes.
  • Tener Criterio profesional y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Nível de inglés intermedio avanzado.

Challenge of the Position:

  • Construir y/o actualizar los perfiles de rol con responsabilidades, capacidades, objetivos iniciales Vs Unidad de Negocio.
  • Apoyar a Talent Acquisition en el proceso estratégico: Entrevistas, Diseño de evaluaciones especiales y estrategias para reclutar al mejor talento para la Unidad de Negocio.
  • Preparar el proceso de onboarding, con lxs nuevxs integrantes de Edelman Colombia (entender lo que hay que conocer de la cultura organizacional, el rol y requisitos especiales en torno a las unidades de negocio).
  • Acompañar al nuevo miembro en el inicio del proceso en Edelman Col. y entender los puntos críticos a mejorar en el proceso.
  • Promover el primer proceso de feedback con los líderes y planificar el plan de acción para mejorar el rendimiento de/la nuevx integrante.
  • Career paths: Construir y/o actualizar con los líderes los must have de crecimiento vertical u horizontal en la empresa.
  • Comprender las necesidades de formación
  • Apoyo con el desarrollo de procesos de team buildings para fortalecer skills de relacionamiento.
  • Acompañar a los líderes en la identificación de los puntos clave a trabajar con el equipo y proponer planes tácticos; participando en la ejecución de algunos de ellos.
  • Promover el uso de la herramienta de performance/evaluación, sus beneficios y acompañar a los líderes en su proceso.
  • Apoyar los procesos de desarrollo, planes de fortalecimiento y feedback con lxs nuevxs líderes de Edelman Colombia
