This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and growth hacking techniques, as well as a proven track record of successfully scaling marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a small team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, engineering, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics, such as conversion rates, clickthrough rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), using datadriven insights to continuously improve results
  • Manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive customer retention and upsell
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make datadriven recommendations for marketing optimization and growth strategies
  • Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance and key metrics to senior management.

About you:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fastpaced, startup or scaleup environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven marketing, including A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding marketing goals
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
